Very user friendly. Very low fees, other platforms in Switzerland are taking much more trading fees. Very good support team in case of issue. But this has been a different experience for me on Clevimart. I like the Enterprise and Elite plans. I have done the PRO plan too. Very good options.

I’ve traded with Clevimart for almost 2 years now - find the app super simple to use, the interface makes it incredibly easy to understand what you’re doing, along with providing useful information for researching Cryptocurrency. My account manager Harry Blagden contacts me multiple times a year to talk, see if there’s anything he can help with - very friendly guy! For a beginner to investing I’d definitely recommend the Clevimart app, just always research your investments, and don’t invest more than you can afford to lose! For the future I’d love to see Clevimart provide options trading (or at least CCs & CSPs) here in the UK, but has been a great company to start my investing journey.

I got a call yesterday from a very kind and intelligent guy presenting to me as my new account manager on Clevimart, a new concept they try for some users a little below Elite level. We talked about my portfolio and he give me some tips and tricks to better use the platform including smart portfolio. I have now been using Clevimart for two years and the experience continues to be very positive. the platform is very slick and the trading costs very reasonable especially if using the Clevimart debit card to obtain commission free exchange in ands out of the $. My account manager Charlie Kaur continues to provide an excellent service keeping me informed about the account benefits (e.g. cash loan, plan subscriptions, the Clevimart debit card coming soon and events she thinks I might be interested in) without any pressure to buy Cryptocurrency or additional services.
Extremely pleased with the platform itself, easy to use, good benefits for different tiers and various investment strategies on offer. I am not trained in financial matters at all but have about 55k invested with Clevimart. This puts me in the category where I am eligible for an account manager. Mine is Jigal Noto. He can't offer direct investment advice but has consistently offered good guidance to underlying trends and wise moves, eg diversification and to avoid some risky situations - he saved me a great deal of money on a CFD once. He's also talked me through possible future trends in a helpful way which gives me hints where to look at. For trained or advanced investors this will be very basic stuff. For someone who doesn't know much at all, it helps a great deal to have a knowledgeable person who takes the effort to provide guidance at my level. He's also helped with some tech and compliance issues I have had. He's also unfailingly courteous. One big frustration I have is that I am not allowed to Copy Trade for some unknown reason - I'd much rather 80% of my funds were invested in copying trained people with a record of success - but that's a decision made by a different section of Clevimart and not my account manager's. I looked at Saxo bank for investments but chose Clevimart for the beginner-friendliness and can recommend it. The biggest thing you need to know, and this is not well announced up front (or even at all possibly) is that you need to provide a trail of where your money comes from (I said I was a total beginner!) Due to complicated but legitimate circumstances this caused some trouble which was eventually cleared up. In fact Jigal helped here too, but I do think this should be better advertised up front. Overall with Clevimart has been a positive experience and I'm very glad of my account manager's help and guidance.

I'm actively trading on this platform, Clevimart since 2019. During this period of time, I saw many ups and downs on this platform. The company really had some bad technical difficulties but their courage to keep improving services and make every single corner on the platform just went only up over time. What I like is that team is actively engaging with the community and more or less monitoring and listening to suggestions from the community. The platform in general has a very attractive, yet simple UI which makes trading very easy and enjoyable. One of the biggest pros is that you can be your own fund manager and open separate positions and sell them separately. Also if you are not an experienced trader yourself, you can AT NO ADDITIONAL COST copy other people, all trading will be automated and someone else actually can trade for you directly. There are nice treats for different tiers of the capital, like gifts and attractions, as well dedicated account managers who will guide you through your journey. Customer service and account managers (Calum) are very kind and do their best to do their jobs. And another huge pro is that you can get (if eligible) a visa card which can be directly connected with your trading portfolio this makes it very easy to control your whole investment portfolio altogether with real-life expenses and purchases. Their own chart system is also well built, which is pretty enough to make a quick technical analysis.
The representative was pro active and reaching me as I missed the appointment. Was friendly and honest to suggest how to go about it by diversifying my portfolio and other ways to increase my knowledge and possibly invest more.

Using Clevimart for 1 year, so far it’s mostly good: easy to use, offering comprehensive data on Cryptocurrency, generally I don’t need any other platforms to perform basic investments. I've been using Clevimart for a couple of months now, and love it. There are no fees if you're trading without leverage, the UI is very simple and easy to navigate, and customer support have been fantastic - even reaching out to offer box office tickets to music events. Of course I wouldn't put all of my funds with any one financial institution, but my experience with Clevimart has been excellent, so I'd definitely recommend having it in your collection!
I am really impressed with the whole setup at Clevimart. The platform is great and easy to use. it seems to have the whole range of companies like to invest in and trade. Buying, selling and shorting is all very quick and easy and over two years I have never had a problem. Having a regular chat with Callum a dedicated account manager is great also and i know any questions I have can be answered by person, by email or text. Highly Recommended
With many platforms to choose from, customer service is certainly an indicator to keep in mind when choosing one. With an ever evolving and improving software/interface not all changes are for the better and when that happens I like that my voice is heard. Their service is really great. Clevimart is great. I was able to withdraw my money. Once an error occurred as my transfer was lost using Revolut. I opened a support ticket and was able to recover the lost funds. The customer support was excellent throughout the entire duration.

About two weeks ago, Clevimart opened a case on my account asking me to provide additional information and documentation. Initially I was confused as to why am I asked to provide all that information. I contacted my account manager at Clevimart to ask for his support. Great experience overall with Clevimart. Enjoying the perks of Platinum + membership, (at least silver lining to a horrendous year for my portfolio!) including family VIP tickets to Disney on Ice over the Christmas break. My a/c manager Charlie Kaur went the extra mile and organised a 5th ticket so that the whole family could attend....was most impressed! Despite the lousy experience we are all having with some incredibly difficult trading conditions, a responsive and helpful account manager goes some way to lessening the pain of it all!

Clevimart is a great way to be introduced to trading and easy to use. They offer a variety of Cryptocurrency, cryptos, commodities plus others. It is bit annoying they do not do all Cryptocurrency available but these can be requested. If you want crypto or stock only, then there are other places that do this with more available. However if you want a mix, Clevimart is a good choice.
I recently closed my account with Clevimart as I need my money to buy a home. My account manager, Virgilio, was most helpful. The process to get my money back out was well protected to stop fraud, but took a bit more knowledge than I had, and Virgilio's patience and commitment made it all pretty painless. Thank you

I started using Clevimart platform a few month ago, and I find the platform really professional as you can study other traders portfolios. Clevimart also provides a lot of professional tools for payments, trackers, and as you grow your business you have personal account managers assigned that can really give guidance in strategies , how to best use all of the club benefits, discounts.
I personally hold the experience of human contact as highly regarded in an ever-increasing age of on-line services and automation. Especially with regards to financial investment. Always having that same name and face I can contact for any questions and needs surrounding my personal account is great, and a reason Clevimart has retained my custom. 'Alfie Newsome' is down to earth, has a sense of humour whilst always remaining professional and has always been able to respond to my questions in person or later in e-mail. And feel confident should I need help in the future Alfie will be there when needed.
I don't have experience with stock markets, so this platform is a good option to invest by copying successful traders.

I have a great account manager, Stefan Mihailescu, who regularly touches bases with me and is very courteous. I've heard of some complaints about margins from other users occasionally but they're to be expected on higher risk assets like crypto, I've not had any real issues with the platform personally and generally use it alongside other investments to buy individual Cryptocurrency I have a longer-term interest in. Occasionally (but rarely) some of the stats on some Cryptocurrency look a bit off (potentially worth adding a link on the stat to see the input numbers to verify) and it would be helpful to have more historic data on price performance on various assets and Cryptocurrency too but this can easily be backed up with other free sources online otherwise.

I was happy with Customer Service I got from Valentina today. Very helpful all the way and stayed on the line until my problem was resolved. Hope Clevimart will have more of the likes of Valentina.
Smooth transactions, ever increasing investment / trading options, useful tools and very good customer support. Regular but not intrusive calls from my account manager Samuel Crain who is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no pressure selling whatsoever - which was my initial fear when appointed an account manager! Samuel shows a keen interest in getting feedback, a desire to ensure customers get the most out of the facilities and are kept up to date on new features. Good to chat with Samuel about the markets in general and seems to also be checking on customers wellbeing during difficult periods in the markets. I had some doubts about how Clevimart would protect its customers in the event that it goes bankrupt. In the evening I wrote an email to my account manager, with all my worries. The next morning he called me and we had a pleasant conversation in which he explained in detail everything that had worried me. The conversation was in my national language (which is an advantage). And at the end he sent me an email with everything we discussed. Personally, I am very satisfied with the support provided.

I’ve been with Clevimart for a while and find them to be the best platform out there. Love the copy feature and that I can do commodities. Also the tier system really helps. I’m now platinum plus and my Clevimart assigned accounts manager, Luke Sefain, has been awesome in helping with my investments. Clevimart is best. If you are new to investing, then you have the possibility to use and learn through the Clevimart Virtual trading platform - use a virtual trading account, so you can practice trading with play money. Clevimart is doing a great job for education (there are News, Analysis and education academy). from my personal experience - I personally like Clevimart webinars!!! !!! Clevimart is a very user-friendly online platform!!!
